Chicken Alfredo

Chicken Alfredo  - serves 4

1 lb chicken breast , cooked and cubed.
1/2 lb fettucini
1-1/2 cups milk
5 T butter, cut into small pieces
Dash of nutmeg, pepper
3/4 cup parmesean cheese


  • Cook the pasta according to package directions, 
  • Bring the milk to a boil in a skillet, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes 
  • Remove skillet from heat , add drained pasta to skillet
  • Toss, add chicken, spices, and most of the cheese. 
  • Toss again and pit remaining cheese on top
