Reminder of meal plan for the week.
- Quiche , fruit
- Pizza
- Salmon, seasoned rice, honey gingered carrots
- Tacos, refried beans (scratch)
- Stuffed chicken breast , baked potato, veggies.
- Chicken tenders, oven fries, veggie tray
- Breakfast for Dinner
Notes
- Wash and wax kitchen floor
- Clean refrigerator and dump anything dead 💀
- Clean and disinfect countertops and sinks.
- Straighten pantry
- Make bacon for chicken, ham and bacon quiche.
- Cook a chicken breast in the insta pot. (Or poach in the microwave. )
- Wash fruit, carrots, potatoes, tomatoes
- Check the rice mix and make some if needed
- Mark meal plan if something needs to be defrosted. (Chicken) it takes 2 days.
