Five things to get dinner on the table fast:
- Baked potato bar. Basically, potatoes bake in minutes in the microwave. Clean out the fridge and set out anything you can stuff a potato with-- chilli, sour cream, grated cheese, broccoli, bacon bits, ham cubes, salsa......let your imagination run wild! I'd prolly stop at chocolate!
- Quesedeas, and tomato soup.
- Impossible pie. Your prep time is minutes and you can use just about anything you have in the fridge to fill it.
- Breakfast 4'dinner,m eggs, toast or biscuits or English muffins and fruit.
- Pizza! Frozen pizza or pizza from scratch,moralizations from a crust at the grocery store.
Having a stock and having ore cooked meat in the freezer always helps in this situation.
